Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Ratch Pathana Energy Public Company Limited, producer and distributor of electricity and steam, conducted the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders at KingBridge Hall, 4th Floor, KingBridge Tower, Rama 3 Road, Bang Phong Phang, Yan Nawa, Bangkok. Mr. Sujarit Patchimnan, Chairman of the Board, along with Board of Directors, Executive Committee, Management Team, Accounting & Finance Department Manager, auditors, shareholders, and witnesses, attended the meeting in full. There were a total of 59 shareholders and proxies attending the meeting, representing a total of 1,117,480,447 shares, accounting for 96.03 percent of the total shares.

In this regard, the Company reported to the meeting regarding the business direction focusing on the expansion of the renewable energy business to create stable and sustainable growth.
