Job description and responsibilities

Record business transactions and prepare accounting documents in the information system
Prepare accounting reports and related documentation
File and maintain accounting documents, tax reports, and asset reports in accordance with applicable record-keeping requirements
Record and conduct physical asset counts according to the specified plan and submit resulting reports
Prepare invoices and statements for electricity/steam usage, as well as invoices for other company products/services
Perform other duties as assigned

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Computer literacy with good command of Microsoft Office

Job description and responsibilities

Execute CSR initiatives, community engagement activities, and public relations efforts for the organization.
Coordinate and engage in activities with various departments, both internal and external to the organization.
Engage in local cultural activities and traditions. This encompasses the media, local governmental organizations and agencies, along with other stakeholders.
Offer insights regarding the organization to visitors participating in a study tour.
Prepare documentation, compile community data, and distribute information regarding the organization's activities.
Systematically document and develop a comprehensive map database of the target area, actively disseminate information to stakeholders, and engage in continuous fieldwork to foster relationships.
Coordinate team-building initiatives within the designated area, emphasizing education, health, and career development to foster awareness, understanding, acceptance, and a favorable perception of the company.
Execute additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Humanities, Mass Communication, Communication Development, Psychology, or related disciplines.
Skilled in utilizing Microsoft Office and various software applications for the development of promotional materials.
Capable of working at night as required for community-based initiatives and traveling to other provinces occasionally for assignments.
Candidates possessing a minimum of one year of experience in community relations, public relations, or corporate communications will receive preferential consideration.
Enthusiastic, able to coordinate well with all departments, and can work well under pressure.
Capable of operating vehicles and holding a valid driver's license for automobiles and motorcycles, with a willingness to travel to other provinces for work-related purposes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Communication Arts / Linguistics / Mass Communication / Community Development / Psychology or related fields.
Computer literate in MS. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to write articles and press releases.
Creative and can use social media well.
Ability to perform PS, AI, Canva or Video edit graphics will be given special consideration.
Experience in public relations or mass communication will be given special consideration
Can drive and have driving license.
